Allegiance HCS Skin pack is missing

I’m in the Xbox Store trying to find and buy the Allegiance HCS pack, but I can’t find it.

When a team is no longer in HCS it is removed.

Just to add on, the Counter Logic Gaming (CLG) pack also suffers the same fate. The emblems and weapon skins for Allegiance and CLG are no longer available.
