There is all this rage over sprint, maps, etc, you name it.

Please just know it means nothing.

Do you really think 343 employees really look on these forums? Really?

Even back in the Bungie days, they rarely if ever looked at the forums. Bungie was 100% more in touch with its community than 343i is. You do the maths on that.

The BIGGEST Halo 3 forum rant was about the BR Spread. This was the only issue that was ever addressed by Bungie directly, and even then it was only to tell us to shut up and deal with it.

Honestly they really really really do not care. I’m not saying this to be a troll, or to bash 343i or anything, I’m saying this to save you your time. Do something better with your life than argue over something you cant ever have an effect on.

Actually they do. Who knows at what frequency, but they do. Or else Josh Holmes wouldn’t have posted in that one thread last week.

I don’t blame them. Half the threads are “343bola” or “343 ruined Halo and they suck”.

Notice how there are millions of Halo fans, yet these 343 hate threads with a few dozen replies SOMEHOW reflect the whole damn community. When I watch Halo trailers with millions of views, I see nothing but likes. Haters are actually in the minority. It’s just that the people who are excited don’t feel the need to hop on forums.

I know. There is so much negativity on these forums compared to everywhere else.

I think it’s pretty funny that you used an example from Bungie when it was Frankie who addressed that BR spread issue and now he works for 343i.

My experience was of going to bungie.net forums for years during Halo 3 and Reach, and by the time Halo 4 dropped I finally had a Halo that addressed virtually every single gripe I had ever had with the earlier games. So yes, I think they do listen, even if they don’t personally respond to every idiotic rant that gets posted. And yes, you can blame me for Halo 4.
