I love Halo Wars 1 and so far I like Halo Wars 2. I have been playing Halo Wars 2 quite a bit and because of that my XP rank is now 29. I have wanted Halo Wars 2 for a long time now and prior to this happening I promoted the idea of making it happen with several youtube videos on my channel. I have not promoted Halo Wars 2 on my channel yet because I want to make sure it is working properly before I ask my subs to purchase it and play it online. I have over 22,000 subscribers and over 32 million views on my youtube channel.
I like the game and I think it has great potential to do well with sales. BUT there are two main problems that must be corrected ASAP!

I know some people will not post about the following because they are afraid that if they do other’s will think they do not know how to control the units in the game. I know that you can control the units individually but you can also use the ALL UNITS feature to control units. The ALL UNITS feature has not worked properly since that game launched online and still today after the updates it does NOT work properly! To me personally this is an important feature because when I want my units to move together I don’t want to have to go searching for the units being idle and or stuck somewhere. It is like having to baby units that are suppose to react quickly upon your command and that is not good! It is rare that I find the ALL UNITS feature working properly and that is a big problem that can mean the difference between winning and losing a match. Many times only half or a few of the units will move when using the ALL UNITS feature. This problem must to be addressed and fixed ASAP!

The other main problem is online matches being dropped by your servers. I have done extensive research and I found that your servers are dropping way too many matches! In fact tonight April 13, 2017 I had 4 matches in a row dropped by your servers within 20 minutes. And each time this happens I get a loss and this makes it about impossible to rank up! Why should we be punished and have our rankings drop for unreliable servers that don’t work properly? Tonight I was so disgusted I simply quit playing! My HS internet service rarely goes out and or has any trouble but your servers drop games way too often! If you want to take your sales to the next level you must fix this problem ASAP!
One other problem is when you hit the menu button it does not show if someone has been eliminated from the match or not. That was not a problem in Halo Wars 1.
There are serious problems with the responsiveness of the buttons when trying to use leader powers and create buildings on bases. Sometimes I have to hit the button several times before it works properly. And it is not my controller because I have other’s complaining about this problem also.
Also it would be great to be able to see a players CSR before a match I think that would be a cool feature to add also.
I am glad that Halo Wars 2 was created and I do believe that the above issues can and hopefully will be corrected soon. Halo Wars is one of the greatest games ever created and all I ask is for you to correct the above issues on Halo Wars 2. I have faith that soon all of the above issues will be corrected and sales of this game will skyrocket!
