Here’s a topic I’ve seen numerous posts about, and I am affected by it too.
Essentially what’s happened is, when I went onto my service record, it said “All time CSR: UNRANKED”…which is simply not the case, because I had previously got Onyx and diamond rankings in the past, and up until a few weeks ago it still said Onyx on my service record. Well I have been trying to get up my KDR back to a 2.0, and when I routinely checked my service record I noticed it said unranked. I searched the forums, and alas, people are having the same issues, and 343 haven’t even addressed the problem.
Now the problem is, I played some Slayer games, and only qualified at a Platinum 6. My kd has went from a 1.40 to a 1.77 since I last had Onyx on my SR, but now it looks like I have a higher KDR for playing in lower skilled gametypes, and makes me look like some sort of Platinum scrub, when I’m not.
Why has the All Time CSR disappeared? Will I ever get my Onyx ranks to show up on it again? I don’t have the time to play game after game after game any more to try get Onyx ranks. I don’t want this crappy Platinum Rank to ruin my service record, it’s annoying. Just goes to show how 343i operate. Don’t even acknowledge a problem and don’t even keep Waypoint up to date.
At this point I can’t help but feel 343 are ignoring it. People reported this like 7 months ago and I did last month when a new “wave” of people were hit and absolutely nothing has been done.
In the stickied update 7/21 thread, I and some others reported it there. Another update happened but made no mention of the issue again. Reported it once again. Hopefully this time we can get some kind of response.

Yours still has Onyx at least. Mine only shows Diamond 4 -_-

at least this forum is only 2 weeks old and they acknowledged it so we can still have hope

Is there any update in the investigation? What is the problem, what is the solution, aside from the fact I have no doubt the webmaster can manually reinstate our old ranks.

They probably don’t care. I also have no doubt that they have not even looked into this issue.

We could probably make more threads, and keep bumping the others, maybe contact some 343 guys on twitter and reddit too. We all know waypoint is the last place they check
