You do nothing to prevent people rage quitting and just randomly quitting all the time …
They can be hit with a matchmaking ban, so I would say that’s something.

I ALWAYS stick it out till the end. I hate it when others don’t and give up so easily. I have been in games when it looked so bad, but my team ended up winning by quick decisions, taking chances, and sticking with your mates no matter what. Those are the BEST wins.
It’s gotten to the point for me where I get angry whenever I play teams, because someone can rage quit on you three games in a row. So I just started playing 1v1 so that if I lose, it’s on me, and not because my teammate just quit on me
