All the REQS received from game play and the couple purchased are no longer showing available . My Spartans armor, emblem, service tag, stance, weapon skin, etc. have all disappeared and went back to default. Even the level has gone back to 1. Anyone of you ever seen this or know what going on and how to fix? Help will be greatly appreciated, thank you.
All your stats are safe stored here on Waypoint OP - ThA BaBad00k, sounds like there are some connection issues (possibly either your end or XBL/343). You can try a hard reset of your console, or check and see if there are any current XBL issues
I have the same issue. I tried clearing the Xbox local cache. No changes. Uninstalling game and re-installing. No changes. Hard reset, factory defaults, on Xbox. No change. I still am unable to access reqs and I get disconnected from matches quite a bit.
Edit: After getting on and waiting a few more today, I am reprieved to write that my REQ system is working properly now (after setting Xbox to factory defaults and re-installing from there.) I did still have to wait, because, like I have written above it still failed to load anything for a few. What fixed the issue for me, is this, in this order:
- Reset Xbox One to factory defaults.
- Sign in.
- Install Halo 5 and updates.
- Launch game and wait a minute or so before continuing past welcome screen.
- Go into REQ screen (if it shows some error just back out to the customization screen and switch over to the REQ pack store.) After waiting a while on the req pack store screen, my req points loaded, store loaded… the system was finally operational. I played a few matches and, voila, all is now A OK. (Albeit after having to completely wipe my Xbox…)
This only occured after the firefight hotfix 7.15.16

Ephraim275, a quick fix seems to be , 1.Hit the XBOX button on controller. 2. Next, press the start button (button w/ 3 lines] 3. Quit the game and relaunch. This method worked right away for myself and seems to be the most common answer on the blogs. Hopefully it helps you as well.
