Are stuff I don’t have like the Noble 6 one and a lot of others one that they have a their rank but I don’t even though I am a higher rank. Are the emblems random at ranking?

Emblems are random through REQ packs and some are earned through commendations.

Here’s a list on how to get the emblems!

I don’t think the emblems unlocked with forum rank are random, but then again I don’t know for sure (I like my current profile pic, haven’t considered changing it). Are you sure the ones you want that seem to be missing are actually missing?
Also, lol @ the guy who thought you were talking about game emblems. XD

Missing or made the part of a higher rank maybe but doubt it.

Have you counted the number of profile pics available to you and verified that it matches the number supposed to be available to you based on your rank?

I got 185 pics.
