> 343 have been going on about how Halo 4 will return to what makes Halo great, but so far just looks like empty promises to keep people happy. The trailer has shown the complete opposite of what they have been saying and it’s worrying because it wasn’t just one or two things it was literally everything;

> >Perks
How about you guys just wait for some details on that before you pass judgement?
I mean, the press describes it as being perks, 343i doesn’t. Nor do they try to emulate CoD/BF according to themselves.
We have seen NOTHING of the “perks” yet, but all the haters here immediately assume they’re going to be exactly like in CoD and all.
JUST
WAIT
Really. All you guys do is position yourself in a place where 343i and Halo 4 can’t convince you no matter what they do. And that’s not only dumb, it’s also a bit sad.
> >Unlockable ranking up
Again: nothing is known about this.
Don’t pass judgement yet. Also: what’s wrong with higher levels unlocking new armor pieces etc for instance?
> >Sprinting
Seems to be a standard feature now. Which means everybody has it, which means its far more balanced than before. Nothing wrong with it.
> >Team scoring based off how you kill people
Which would just be an evolution of Cr system for double kills etc.
Besides: could just be a new gametype. Also: Halo has always had a (custom games) setting where you could score more points for headshots etc.
Quite an invalid argument on your side if you ask me.
> >Random weapon spawns lol
And where did you get that from?
> >Over complicated/unnecessary map geometry
Really? Here’s hoping there will be another Forge World so you can build a nice square with no details at all.
> I can’t think of anything from that trailer which added anything new that isn’t gimmicky or copied from other FPS’s
Because we all know “gimmicky” is something that can be defined as a fact, and games never copied each other.
Really man, all of your complains are invalid to me as they’re quick judgements based more upon assumptions than facts or just plain personal preferences.
