in reach a lot of things 343i would like to change are do to the fact that some achievements can only be gotten in MM. some of these problems are armor lock, DLC problems, and so on. halo 4 should have all of its achievements capable locally so they can make big changes to MM and make it so DLC can be mandatory again because in reach the DLC was a waste of $20, and i love DLC and i will happily spent money on it if i actually get to use the maps.
