All REQ points gone, and no new points

so I didn’t have a lot of points at the time, about 3,500 but after the match all of them where gone. I then opened the daily win pack for Warzone and got 200 points from it and restarted my game. When I came back third 200 where home too. So it seems I can no longer earn or at least keep any REQ points I earn.

I’m having the same issue.

Opening the REQ menu only returns Retrieving Data.

Quit the game from the dashboard and then clear local saved games from the hard drive

It worked for one match and then it stopped loading again.

I’m having the same issue, my REQs are stuck at ‘Receiving Data’ and I’ve lost all of my REQ points. Hopefully there’s a fix soon.
Maybe this issue has something to do with the livestream?
