All Progress Reset -.-

Games Halo 5: Guardians

I have had Halo 5 Guardians for a month.
I went to get on to play as I have had quite a bit of progress in playing the game.
As I got on all of my progress in all game modes had reset and I was back to the start out levels.
I heard there was an issue with this with multiple players. I just need to know how to fix it.

I had the same issue, i lost my rank after the update…i was gold in arena and platinum in assassination. Is there a way to fix this???
