All of My Multiplayer Progress is Gone

I have come to notice that immediately after the 4 GB update was downloaded on my Xbox including the reach armor addition, all of the new maps, as well as the infection game type, my Spartan has lost all of his progress. I have zero requisitions and I cannot attain any more as I play, the store is stuck on a loading screen and I cannot use any arena boosts, the previous armor customizations I had are all gone and my Spartan has been reset to level 1 with default armor. I love yah halo but cmon I want my progress…

Have you started restarting your xbox since this happened? I had a similar issue that was fixed with a restart.

A hard reset of your Xbox should fix this.
