HALO SERIES - MISSING, LOST OR REGISTRATION NUMBERS GOT REPLACED WHEN LAST SERVICED?

Still using my Xbox 360 pro for all my gaming enjoyment. Started out with the original XBOX, which I purchased just to play HALO C.E. Then as the games & consoles evolved so did my need to keep up with M.C. Spartan 117 & the continuing saga. First inline on a very early & rainy mornning, I purchased one of the very first xBOX 360 Basic models availible in Ottawa at the Best Buy. After two over heating replacements (red ring of death) Microsoft finally saw fit to change the mother board to the PRO version. With my addition of a snap-on intercooler, this model is still working today. The setbacks being that for some reason all my gaming history was lost & my pre-ordered HALO C.E. Anniversary edition no longer had the functioning Grunt-Funeral Skull option. When I tried to re-enter the bonus code, it kept saying code already used. As a matter of fact, ALL of my bonus items have vanished, from halo c.e. all the way up to, & including HALO 4!!! I have purchased all halo games, 1-4 & halo wars, in their limited or speacial edition versions. Now there is no record that I can find for any of my stats, avatar & special bonus items that where a one time offer only available when the limited edition, special edition & pre-order games where purchased. Does anyone know how I can reclaim these unique & irreplaceable bonus features?? It is of my opion that during the warranty upgrade to the pro mother board something must have changed within my xbox 360’s registration information as to make it seem to be a differant console & therefore deny access or use of all my hard earned & paid for bonuses & extras. I still have all the orignal hard cases & ‘proof of purchase’ numbers if these would be of any help? ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED €8^{|}
