So played a free for all game earlier and after i got a retrieving data. Now it shows im a lvl 1, req service unavailable, everyone on my friends list is lvl 1, wont load up my spartan appearance, reset my arena ranks to i need 10 matches to qualify, and my waypoint service record is unavailable. If i dont get my stuff back im no longer going to play halo. I spent to much time on this one for stuff to keep messing up.
Hey Epic, not to worry as all your stats and everything are safe. Sounds like it’s either connection issues or some server trouble you’re running into. You can try hard resetting your console and see if that helps.
