So, after much anticipation and finally having the update downloaded for Memories of Reach, I very excitedly awaited to spend all the points I had saved all month… Only to find that all 193k points have suddenly DISAPPEARED??? After each refresh of the game and no results I thought I would open a pack and sell some of my cards hoping maybe to get some points in… Only when I quit the game again, I am left with 0 points STILL.
So maybe I figured I would play a game, usually that fixing the issues in the past and why not start with infection, after all that was biggest hype for launch right?
WRONG
Do not get me started on the balancing in that game mode or in the gameplay itself (I had more fun making lines on the wall with my energy sword than infecting others) , so after one game and a rare boost used… I don’t even get XP, points, nothing. I am left with no points, no rewards for playing and all around a first impression that has left me feeling extremely let down. (The Message of the Day doesn’t even work!)
I’m sorry it has to be brought up like this but- this is absolutely unacceptable. I paid money for most of my cards and points and to have them gone like this is frustrating. Please fix this immediately!

Same here. My points aren’t coming back thus far.
They do not show up in game but they are not gone. Go to the REQ page here on Waypoint and you’ll see that they are still there. It was for me at least. That’ll hopefully give you some peace of mind until they fix it.

Still a pretty disappointing launch for something so anticipated but this really does give me some peace of mind.
Good! Seeing as the new REQs won’t show up for a few hours you won’t be missing out on anything. 
In a few hours (guessing 3 or so hours) the new REQs will be in place and by then this little issue has probably been fixed.
Same here man, i cant even earn any req either.

Man I sure hope so ! I had just spent an Arena premium pack and lost all of it
It’s a known issue, currently being tracked in this topic at the moment. Bravo has responded that the team are aware.
