Literally just one hour ago I was playing Halo MCC before ALL OF MY PROGRESS WAS WIPED. I finished the level Midnight on Halo 4, the last par time level I needed to unlock the achievement for all levels done under par time, and the achievement never popped even though my time on the carnage report was 22 minutes. I come back an hour later to see if the achievement for completing Midnight under par time had popped and it did, but the the achievement for completing every single Halo 4 level under par time had not. To try and figure out a solution as to why the latter achievement had not popped I decided to log onto Halo Waypoint in order to view my service record to see if one of my Halo 4 levels was glitched (which has happened before). Strange enough my service record was not there and it stated that I haven’t even played the Halo Master Chief Collection. I assumed that the website must be down or something and went back on Halo MCC to play multiplayer. This is when I noticed that I had no rank for multiplayer and every single achievement I had not already unlocked had been completely reset. This means every game completion/win achievement is reset, all my enemy specific kills achievements are reset, i.e. killing 250 hunters or killing 1000 watchers, all of my campaign/multiplayer levels. It literally says I have no campaign levels or multiplayer games completed on my career page in-game yet I have achievements proving that I did. I have been so fed up with all the bugs and the slow matchmaking. I think this is literally the tipping point for me and I’m going to sell this game and kiss 343’s Halo games goodbye. The only thing that I found fun in this game was obtaining achievements because everything else has been so broken and now all of my progress has been reset. The game still recognizes all of my previously unlocked achievements, it still shows all of my rewards such as avatars and nameplates, and it still recognizes that I beat all the games on solo legendary. I just want to know if anybody has experienced this because it has literally led me to just give up on this game. If anybody thinks I’m a liar, because my service record says I haven’t even played the game, I can link photos or you can even just look up my gamertag (Bible Swag) to see that I do in fact have achievements and in-game clips on MCC.
UPDATE: My career page stats and medals have just returned but my achievement progress is still reset.
UPDATE: My achievement progress has just been recovered. If anyone else is having this problem I can now assume that the only thing you can do is wait. It took about 40 minutes before all of my progress was recovered.

I don’t understand why 343 Industries stopped compensating everyone when the game still has a lot of major bugs in it it makes no sense.
