I took a week break of playing Halo Combat Evolved for PC.When I came back yesterday,I went back to the game and I found out that I can’t click on ‘LOAD GAME’ and realise that my progress is gone.How can I get my progress back? It’ll be a shame to start all over again.

Does your savings shows up in settings>memory> your hard disk ?
Try using another profile to launch the game and then change it
What level were you on? Hopefully the files didn’t get corrupt. If everything else fails and you can’t get your save back you could try manually unlocking the level checkpoint file for the levels you already did since you’re using the old PC version. There is a few tutorials online for it.
