All my friends love Halo 4, everyone on my friendslist plays it. Last week, we had a team of 6 people and we went on to the BTB playlist with players of various playing abilities and had great fun, losing a great share but also winning sometimes as well.
Our matches on Raganork were hilarious, both teams rushed the middle and we fought head to head. It was epic, it felt like Halo 2 days again, so much better than Reach as well. Exile matches were fun too, it’s like chess with the Gaus against the Tank.
I know some people have been over vocal about certain elements but the game is geting better each week, it’s all about learning, adapting and geting better. I also like that the forum has come through it’s rough patch and is now happy again.

I enjoying the -Yoink- out of the game as well! I have long dreamt of this day.

I think 343 seen the complaints already and are taking them in but some of the things people want are not going to be in Halo 4 but Halo 5 maybe. Sooo…yea
Glad you’re having fun, seems exactly like my ideal game of halo. I resort to oddball and ctf though because only a few friends of mine still play te game, smaller teams means party controlled teams, which is usually good. Sadly for many of us games like this get rarer and rarer

Haha I would if most of my threads were complaints, Most of them are campaign and Spartan Ops suggestions on how they can be improved .

Exactly why I’m already looking towards halo 5. Halo 4 isn’t going to do a 350 turn around in a TU. Lol they can’t, because the mechanics are still going to stay as well, but it’ll just make the game more tolerable (for people who obviously have a hard time tolerating the game). We deserve better. Curious to see what the TU will ultimately include, but the majority of the game is in the back of my head for now.

Exile is a very irritating map. Scrubs with stickies, plasma pistols, boltshots, camo, and promethean vision flourish on that map. Vehicles are already made out of tissue paper, making vehicle experiences that much worse on this map. Simply put, Exile empowers noobs.
Haven, Ragnarok, Longbow, Adrift, and Solace are much more competitve.
“My friends don’t play it anymore!” is used too much by the haters here. Especially considering it’s not legitimate in the least. Birds of a feather flock together. My friends all play it all the time.
I still find it funny that people think it’s a fact that it’s a bad game because they don’t like it. So selfcentered.

So you and your casual friends goof off in BTB and claim that Halo 4 is as good as Halo 2? Claiming BTB is like chess is pretty asinine.
That’s great that you’re having fun. Considering how much market share Halo has lost to its competitors and the dwindling population numbers, the fact that the head of 343 has outright said that Halo 4 has had a number of disappointments (avoiding saying that the complete package was a disappointment due to corporate politics), and a number of other factors, the fact that you guys are having fun doesn’t mean Halo isn’t suffering.

usually if your friends are playing, you’re playing. if you dont have any friends to play with, I can understand why you’re complaining lol if you dont have any friends in general, you have a lot more to complain about.

Same. Me and all of my friends have been playing Halo from CE; and are loving this game. We’ll NEVER go back to Reach, and after trying Halo 3 again…its just boring and outdated. I can’t help but feel like (most) of the haters are the loners with no friends that are try-hards and yell at the TV after every death… sad.
Anyone ever see South Park’s “Make love not Warcraft?” Yea…those types lol

I actually had around 25 friends who bought Halo 4 and played at launch. With the exception of 2 friends, everyone has stopped playing and switched back to other games.
By the way, why would people who dislike Halo 4 be fat and pathetic like the guy from that South Park episode? They stopped playing Halo 4 because it’s no longer the same Halo they used to love. You seriously think the 300.000 people who stopped playing Halo 4 online are all lonely, fat and pathetic?
The game sucks. The fact that 300k have stopped playing the game online says enough, not to mention Halo 4 has dropped to the third place in Major Nelson’s xbox live activity charts. The ‘flagship’ of Microsoft and Xbox losing not only to COD, but to Minecraft, an arcade game, as well. That shows how pathetic your precious game is.
