Just logged in for the first time in about 6 months and just tried to play an online match I had to use Anders because none of my other Heroes that I bought is available and says that they are locked
Nevermind I got it resolved what I did was I clicked start on the actual game and then manage add-ons and then deleted them and reinstalled them from the store my bad enjoying the game right now is pretty awesome as it was
You’ll probably have to contact Xbox support. If it has no record of you purchasing it then they’d be the best to ask.
