All my Campaign record gone in game

Hello, someone can tell me what is going on? I did legendary campaign solo and coop. All gone. On halowaypoint is fine… I was going to watch the cutscene and I cannot. I have never played such a buggy game.

I’ve got the same issue. My campaign progress in thr actual game is gone. So is my play time amount, which was at around 130 hours and now has reset back to just a few hours. No other issues, and I don’t mind the campaign reset since I had already done everything. Might be an annoying bug for someone though.

I know man, but still… damn… I cannot watch the cutscenes.

Can you guys confirm which platform you’re playing on? Is this Xbox One only or have you played across Win10 & Xbox One?

Did this issue occur right after getting the update or sometime later? As much detail as you can remember will help the team investigate what might be going on here.

There is now an official support thread in the support section. If you could answer a few questions asked by Ske7ch then I’m sure the guys at 343 will be able to narrow down this bug and squish good it and proper. Hope this helps.

Seems to be an issue that is popping up recently, I’ve not experienced this on Xbox One.

Hello Ske7ch,

I was at the office, I got more time now to answer you. Xbox One S, this issue just happen two days ago. I remember when I got the update I went to the Phoenix Log to see Johnson info, and everything was there, it was fine. The problem started two days ago. I went to play Blitz and suddenly it poop up the tutorial. I was surprised, I did the tutorial already, why this coming up now? So I head to the campaign record and everything was gone.

Just as another example, I have a friend of mine in the city where I live and when I told him, he went to check out his campaign record and it was the same issue. (Maybe better not to tell him the surprise XD) We did all the campaign legendary together…

They opened a thread. I am a little bit blown away, because they said it is not a widespread issue. I believe it is more widespread that what they think now… If you go to the open thread in Support I would really appreciate. I want my record back. I love playing campaign…
