I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions as to why I can’t seem to load any matches regardless of my playlist rank in Halo 5 multiplayer? I can get into some matches, but even then it takes FOREVER. I’ve tried loading matches with a different Xbox account on the same XBox and same connection and it works just fine. So I don’t understand what’s going on.
I’ve got in this problem several weeks ago.
There is one possible way to solve this:
Hard restart to clean the cache.
Ask a friend of you to invite you to a fireteam, and then start a CO-OP campaign.
You can just quit the campaign after the loading is done.
Then, try to search again.
I guess this bug happened because sometimes when you searching the game, the HALO server did not reset your situation and keep ‘‘thinking’’ that you’re already in a game.
So you could use the step above to force the HALO server reset your situation in the Multiplayer.
