There is one. The revamped Reach MP playlist featuring no-bloom and armor ability tweaks. Still has DMR but no 3-shot pistol.
Yes i know but they are saying they have the ability to toggle bloom by so many percent. So there will still be gametypes with bloom.

Not exactly. This new CE Magnum (3 shot, automatic) should have a SLIGHT (like, 15-30%) bloom. Just to truely emulate the fact that automatic isn’t something you do a whole lot for a good kill, while being slight enough where tapping the trigger is optimal (like CE).
There should be a traditional gametype where we have “normal” Magnum and DMR without bloom and 4shot- bleedthrough.
Same, I noticed something in the weekly update they said they added a set rate of fire to the mag. For balance issues none the less, They should add set rate of fire to the Needle rifle and to the DMR. Seeing the needle rifle overpowers the dmr, or so said bs angel.
indeed. I just hope people will ask enough for a strictly no bloom playlist. I also hope mlg removes bloom.
I’m pretty sure that once the no-bloom playlist goes live, I won’t be playing anything else anymore. Just pray that the population in it will be decent and not as pathetic as in Team Classic.

Perhaps you skipped over the part that said the cone of effect has been in every single Halo and has used the same system in all of them, and that Reach’s bloom as simply a different way of presenting it that didn’t work out as intended.
Maybe we can get a mix of No Bloom weapons with Tweaked Bloom weapons that perfect the sandbox.

I’m confidenet that its population will be pretty good, only if they add more real maps than forged maps, then the playlists is going to be a success.

Why no fall damage? It was a fundamental part in H:CE.
I gotta admit the Bleed through bit has me more than a little excited as well as the adjustments to AL. I am very anxious to see how it all fits together.

I don’t really think toggle is the word for it. Its more of a scale that they can choose to escalate and decrease.
I agree with the OP. If there’s a permanent No Bloom Playlist I might spend my days in it (that and Anniversary). It’ll truly come down to whoever shoots who 1st wins. Just like H2 basically was.
BUT you also have to think… Vehicles. They either have to have a defense buff, or, be indestructible. (Scorpion not present of course). Just because of the simple fact the DMR WRECKS anything vehicular. No Bloom? Yeah… I’d be terrified to jump in a Hog with ANYONE! O.e
I love every aspect of the TU. From the killer nerfing of AL and Camo (I <343i! by the way…). I couldn’t stand people stacking parties of nothing but Active Camo… it was quite irritating! 
AL actually makes sense now… it’s a block, not a pause button. Or a god complex button… LAWL. Finally used to do what intended: Safety from Splatters/Vehicles and BIG explosions! Hence “block” button…
I can’t wait to get my hands on the TU honestly, I’m more excited about Anniversary now then BF3. And THAT is pretty frikkin’ scary my friends! O.O

He should be glad that it’s still nowhere near the same as CE’s fall damage.

Its gonna make the sandbox flow so nicely, something that we have always wished for for Reach. And it releases this month! Hell yea!

It is pretty cool. I can’t wait to jump into the BETA Hoppers.
There should be like a Halo signal like the Batman signal that flashes “NO BLOOM , BLOOMLESS DMR, CE PISTOL” in the sky so all Halo fans over the world can know to report immediately to play Halo again lol.
