After logging in and attempting to play Arena this evening (11/19/15) I was unable to access either Arena or Warzone and was given a message saying that there was a problem connecting to the Halo 5 servers. After trying a few times I logged out of Xbox Live completely and when I logged back in all my REQS, progress and experience was gone and I was placed back to a level 1, with a random color and emblem. … PLEASE HELP! This sucks! After doing quite a bit of research, I found out that others have had this issues and it was resolved. What do I need to do, or Can Be done to fix this???
If your stats are not immediately visible in your Service Record, please try performing a hard reset on your Xbox One and all of your stats should be displayed properly again.
ive just had this happen to me aswell. im back to sr1 and ive lost all my reqs. when i try to open the requisitions menu, nothing happens., ive hard reset my xbox like 3 times now hoping something will change but its not working. i hope someone can help me out, this is incredibly frustrating!
never mind, all my stuff just came back. i dont know what happened but its all good now!
