It took awhile to put this together, but it’s been something I’ve wanted to make for awhile. I first noticed this was possible many years ago and seeing and hearing a cutscene without the soundtrack was quite interesting. So I put together this video using a little trick to remove the soundtrack from all the cutscenes in Halo 3 leaving just the sound effects and dialogue. I intend to make more of these for other Halo games. Enjoy though, and let me know if you guys have a preference for the next Halo game I should target with this or if you’d like to see dialogue-only variants of this which is possible with this trick too.
