meh, i prefer the br. i think it looks cooler. thats really the only reason why i use it.

P.S. the needle rifle is the sexiest gun in the halo universe. they need that in halo 5.

It’s better than the Storm Rifle, but that’s not really saying much. I kinda miss the Needle Rifle.

Since Halo 2, I just can’t tear myself away from it. Even with it’s less-than-desirable state early on in Halo 4, I still kept it close, stroking it’s beautiful purple sleekness. It’s radiation filled fury shall not go unnoticed!

im a hipster, i only used the carbine before the update and now everyone uses it its like ugh i used it first lol. i have over 2000 kills with it and it was my favorite weapon before i had to switch to the br to actually win games haha.
any good kid could use the carbine and beat a br as long as you can strafe against him, with the carbine you just have to have good aim, strafing doesnt really work against it. the only problem i had was i couldnt get a headshot when the enemy is running away and it takes too many body shots to kill.
carbine + explosives + frags + KOTH + multiteam + haven = CARNAGE
try it… your kill count will go into orbit
#n.b but if you don’t win the objective then you still suck

I L-O-V-E the Carbine, it and the BR are every bit on par.
To be honest, the only primary weapon I don’t feel is viable unless used as a Secondary with Firepower is the Suppressor, and only because it’s range is just too pathetic.
Every single other loadout weapon has a use. And it is good at that use.
It’s my favored weapon according to my service record. I’m so glad it says covenant carbine instead of “DMR” or “BR” so lame

Also all my classes are the slayer pro classes but with aa’s. I mostly use the above class in big team ctf on longbow.

I only use the suppressor in dominion, specifically lockdown cause its very common as an ordinance drop, also on lockdown on exile it’s a beast.

I have been with the carbine since it has been made. This gun has put 24325 enemy spartans down in halo 4 for me 
although I do miss my needle rifle. (The carbine is the best gun in the halo universe)
