I have got a Gold medal on all Missions in the Campaign and my achievement is stuck at 93% and will not unlock, even after replaying missions to attain Gold again it will still not unlock.
i cant unlock achievements, when i enable skulls… in mp and sp… if this is really the intention, then I find that good, because skulls are cheats.
all stats are counted but not for the achievements (pc-only player)
but good that i have almost all, because it’s very easy this time

Hi, I don’t think skulls effect the achievements. However I didn’t actually mention using skulls

it seems to be not the case for xbox players. but i have tested it about 8-9 times on pc… and i have only progress and can unlock achievements when i play without skulls.
i have tested it because of the thread below (with screenshot) - skull matches are logged in hw and xbl stats but not counted for achievements… also the campaign achievements: (the percent raise/grow only when skulls are disabled)

that’s why i have mentioned it. it’s no imagination or anything like this.
can be a bug but it could be also intention because it should be standard (but it has never been standard)
I think you might have a bug your end. Skulls shouldn’t effect the achievements I believe as turning them on effect the multiplier so you can end up with a much lower score if you turn on the easy ones, or a higher score by making the game harder with the tougher skulls on.
I’ve played skirmish games with skulls on and they all have been counting towards my “Win” achievements so I know then work ok on the Xbox.
is it not so hard without skulls…
i miss only the achievements for 30,40,50,75,100 matches
then killjoy and titan. (and of course ‘ready for the sequel’)
sure i would save a lot of time when i could use the skulls, but they are in my eyes anyway cheats.
but sadly it seems that titan and rfts are impossible for me, as long as skulls aren’t “unlocked” for it, because you need the skulls to get the 20.000 points. i haven’t tested it, because of time and the other achievements - and i can remind me that the maximum without skulls is 4k.
regarding to your “broken” gold medal achievement. it’s maybe a try worth to play without skulls, also if your other ones worked with it. my last mission which was broken by activated skulls to “save time”, was mission 13 (93%), then i have played it without skulls and got the achievement. (it takes ~20-25 minutes on easy… thats the longest mission with up to 1h time)
the hard thing was to remember which mission was played with skulls
if you enable skulls that make the game harder, how is that cheating when you make it more difficult?
yeah you are right with the negative-skulls. i’ve meant more the bonus-skulls for more ress, faster production and so on. they are not more than the good old aoe, c&c or warcraft cheats.
that’s also why i hope that it works for me for titan. i don’t understand how it can be a bug… it’s the same code for everyone and either it detects skulls and disables the count for achievements, or not… but this is just strange.
Yeah I’m not sure what is going on but I have tested the positive skulls on skirmish and they still earn achievements so they should for you as well on PC.
I’ve got titan last night. (with negative skulls yay)
So it makes a difference between positive and negative skulls. That’s really really really strange for a stupid bug. I can’t believe that it is one and it would be funny when i become standard in hw2. One could think that i’m a test account during a debug phase. xD

I’ve played skirmish with positive skulls and that counts too so it should for you.
On my bug, not heard anything yet and I’ve replayed missions multiple times with no luck. Might need to do another run through them all again.
Not had any feedback yet, I though we were asked to report on bugs for support but so far heard nothing.
I am on pc and I just simply stopped unlocking achievements. I thought it might be the fact that I didn’t open the Xbox app before hand but after testing it with it up with an achievement I didn’t try to get before hand and I still had no luck. Hopefully this gets fixed because no one wants to do all the effort all over again.
No, the achievements are definitely glitched in the Skirmish mode. I’ve unlock a bunch of them and then once in a while it’ll just start giving me achievement n I mean not when I actually unlock it. days ago or games ago. something is messed up with it. Sometimes not at all…
