This is very clearly labeled the recruiting forum, and recruiting members for your group or clan is EXACTLY what this forum is for.
I have gotten numerous new members from posting in this forum.
I have a discussion forum, website, am on Google +, FaceBook, Twitter, and if you type " friendly Halo group " in Google links to my group will be your first four search hits, and I still maintain a recruitment thread here.
Advertising in this forum works.
