I will be taking in requests from the posts below for any further improvements to the list (eg. sources).
Special Thanks to:
TruePlatypus (For sourcing some of the Forerunner weapons)
JSA343 (For Correcting the Assault Carbine to the Storm Rifle)
The Assault Carbine is the Storm Rifle.
Assault Carbine was the old, work in progress name.
And the Storm Rifle is replacing the Plasma Rifle, I believe. Theres not a good chance that the Plasma Rifle will be returning.
I would really like to see the Covenant focus rifle return.
forgot storm rifle
> forgot storm rifle
> (for covies)
If I’m not mistaken Griffball has been confirmed…and if that’s the case, unless the Prometheans have their own variation on the brute hammer, I think it’d be safe to assume the brute hammer is in H4 as well.
i would very much like to see the fuel rod back. that was my favorite weapon since halo 2 (because in halo: CE the gun would explode when you killed a grunt with it -.- and sometimes even in halo 2 so i had to be careful killing grunts with it.) even though it rarely appeared, but in halo 3 the fuel rod appeared more often. it will so suck if it does not show up in halo 4. i mean why wouldn’t they bring it? its been the grunts best/annoying weapon since CE lol
Forerunner melee weapon, possibly something like a telescopic Energy Stave
Forerunner heavy weapon (beam cannon? >:D)
Beam Rifle- Covenant sniper
Focus Rifle- not as much range as Beam Rifle, slightly more powerful than it was in Reach
Plasma Launcher- improved, similar in performance to Reach beta version
Mine Launcher- able to launch proximity mines in a visible trajectory fashion (similar to Gears of War grenades)
