Kind of. I’d say part H2 Brute Shot, part Pro Pipe, part Concussion rifle and part Plasma Launcher.
And as far as I know the Boltshot is just a burst fire homing pistol now.
IGN gameplay footage showed the SAW, so I’d add that to your list.

Homing huh? Wonder by how much.
So no charge feature at all? I only read one post about the Boltshot and it says it now has the honor of being the weakest Halo weapon, surpassing Halo 2’s single magnum lol.
The Plasma Caster seems like a great new addition since it has two firing modes.

Here’s what I got so far 
Plasma Caster: Free-fire, semiauto mini-explosives. Similar to the Concussion Rifle. Smart Scope charges a single plasma explosive. 5 round magazine.
Covenant Carbine: “Classic” free-fire, semiauto precision… Smart Scope extends red reticle range. 21 round magazine.
Plasma Pistol:
Storm Rifle: “Classic” free-fire fullauto, mediumbloom control. Smart Scope allows for increased bloom controlled precision fire but does not extend assist range. Overheats.
Needler: Halo4-like tracking super-combining automatic projectiles. Smart Scope appears to extend tracking distance.. Projectiles now have a the ability to creep around corners if they deflect at the right angle. 22 round magazine**.**
Energy Sword: Heavy damage, extended range melee.
MA5D: “Classic” free-fire fullauto, minor bloom control. Smart Scope allows for increased bloom controlled precision fire but does not extend assist range. 36 round magazine.
SMG:
BR: “Classic” free-fire, 3-bullet semiauto precision. Smart Scope increases red reticle range and tightens spread a smidge. 36 round magazine.
DMR: “Classic” free-fire, single shot precision. Smart Scope increases red reticle range and tightens spread. “Semi-classic” scoped view. 15 round magazine.
M6: “Classic” free-fire mode. Smart Scope increases red reticle range and tightens spread a smidge. 12 round magazine.
Shotgun: “Classic” free-fire mode. Smart Scope slightly decreases cone of spread.
Hydra: Unassisted, semiauto, single explosive projectile. Smart Scope enables target lock. 6-round, single feed auto-fed magazine. Need confirmation that free-fired shots will follow a lock-on after being fired!
SAW: Small amount of bloom controlled, free-fire fullauto. Smart Scope allows for bloom controlled precision. 72 round magazine.
SRS “Sniper”: “Classic” free-fire. “Classic” Smart Scope. 4 round magazine.
Spartan Laser:
Rocket Launcher: Semiauto high explosive. 2 round magazine.
Lightefile: 3-bullet semiauto burst free-fire mode. High damaging single shot when Smart Scoped.
Scattershot:
Suppressor:
Bolt Shot: Auto-tracking, 3-bullet “auto-mag,” smart pistol. Projectiles track red reticle targets.
Splinter Turret: Slow moving, light-based, mini-explosive.
Ghost: Covenant assault scout.
Banshee: Covenant air support.
Chain 'Hog: Human assault transport.
Mantis: Human multi-weapons platform.
Phaeton: Promethean heavy air support.
Shoulder Dash can knock down objects/doors.
Can now kick out multiple opponents in a vehicle.
Exiting vehicles is faster.
Can swap positons in vehicle.

Anyone else feel as though the Carbine sounds limited. Has too much of a pew pew sound FX to it now.
I hope the plasma caster doesn’t replace the concussion rifle. I loved that weapons

Definitely. As you can see from the IGN gameplay, it’s hard to hit a player with it. I wonder how much damage it does, though…

I saw that same instance towards the end of the gameplay video, there wasn’t much splash damage. I personally wouldn’t use it against infantry.

Greenskull told me there is no concussion rifle.
