Everything I spent time collecting is gone. Part of paying for the expensive version of the game was to get a head start on the game. I wanted to have better units than everyone to start. So I grinded the beta and collected dozens of packs. Just to find that I have none of these cards once the full game launched. There is no way to directly contact 343 and the contact us link sent me to Microsoft customer support who spent 3 hours just to tell me I needed to post on the public game forum and hope that someone from 344 miraculously noticed my problem. I want my $40 worth of dozens of packs back that I worked for in the beta.
Did you actually purchase the packs with money or did you EARN the packs through playing? Every beta player got a bonus 5+3 packs (8 total) for the full game. They never said the packs earned in beta would follow through to the main game.
Sorry OP but it was stated that the packs had to be used in the beta and wouldn’t carry on to the full game. I don’t have a link to hand, but the info was provided either in a blog or forum post here on Waypoint (possibly both)
