All according to plan achievement

Hello,

Currently the achievement “all according to plan” is unobtainable on mcc (xbox one).
In the past, it was obtainable but it looks like some update changed that.

It seems that the only way to obtain it, is to delete mcc of your xbox and then install it back with the disc while your offline.
When you get back online, the achievement pops.

Can confirm that it is still bugged. Ridiculous.
