Alien VS Predator on Halo: Reach

Even though Halo Reach is over 5 years old, it would be cool if you guys would check out my game mode on Halo Reach’s File Browser called Alien VS Predator 1.3:
In this game mode, everyone has one life and there are 3 teams: Marines, Aliens and Predators. Marines are Spartans that spawn with ARs and no AAs. Marines are the only group allowed to pick up map weapons. Aliens are Elites that spawn with Swords, Concussion Rifles, and Evade. Their loadout is the bottom one. The Predators are also Elites. They spawn with Swords, Plasma grenades, and Active Camo. Their loadout is the top one. This is optimized for 8 players, but you can play with more or less if desirable.
I highly recommend playing on my AVP maps that are specialized for it, such as but not limited to:

  • AVP: SWORD BASE - AVP: BONEYARD - AVP: CONDEMNEDPlease notify me about how you feel about the game mode. I will consider feedback to improve upon it.

EDIT: You must manually set your character to an Elite if you desire to be an Alien or Predator.

Seems interesting enough to download and give it a go.

I will tell my friends about this and test it with them. But i think you can make it better by adding a pick-able for the Predator which would be the Plasma Launcher referring to the Cannon on the predator’s shoulders. The predators that have graduated from their adolescence. Anyways cheers for the Map.

As for the Plasma Launcher suggestion, I did attempt to give the Predator loadout a PL to make them accurate to the movies. However, it was very unbalanced in favor for the Predators, as they could launch 3-4 plasma grenades at any person (basically a free kill) and quickly retreat using active camo without any risk of retaliation. Although a pick up weapon could possibly work, I’ll need to test it first.
