Aiming feels awful on controller. As someone who is generally a beam on every other shooter, including past Halos, aiming on this one is just bad. I wouldn’t mind if it was just controller players I would go against, but input-based MM is only on ranked, so I can’t even play the chill modes without feeling like I’m at a massive disadvantage. If there is AA, it ain’t doing anything, and in a game where controller and m&k players can go head-to-head, there’s almost no point in even trying with controller rn

It does feel awful, I went 26-3 on my first game in pvp, and now I only match Keyboard and mouse players and I get beamed constantly by the sidekick and commando.
I agree. There is definitely something off. Halo has always had low aim assist but this game almost feels like there is none at all.

Yeah. I’ll literally get killed by some guy with a sidekick in just over 2 seconds, and some players with the commando are even worse. You can’t track targets nearly to the extent you can do with a mouse.
