Aiming issues to be adressed

So it seems this only affects certain controllers. That’s why we’re seeing such a divide in the community.

Must be older controllers. Strange how it would work like that, maybe they did something different with newer controllers?

I’m glad they are at least going to address SOMETHING about the aim. Diagonal aim is an issue, but I feel like the dead zone is a much bigger issue. Let’s hope they fix that too.

I haven’t spent enough time testing to see what controllers of mine it affects but this will make it better for many in the community good response time 343

I wonder how people haven’t downloaded the simple update for the controllers.

There’s an option in the dashboard that says"update controller" for Christ’s sake.

All 3 of my controlder are up to date. All og controllers, not the 3.5 jack controllers. One year one controller. All have deadzone issues.

I have an old controller and have no aiming issues?

I had to get the new halo 5 Cheif controller. Dear god are the buttons and triggers sensitive!

Anyway, I don’t notice much issues with aiming.

This isn’t enough. They need to change the acceleration as week. That’s easily the worst part

They made these changes because long range aiming wasn’t good in BETA, can anyone testify to this? I had no issues. Either way, 90 percent of the time opponents are close to mid range, why change the whole control scheme to make sniping experience a little better. Stupid and very frustrating, I have had to stop using zoom

Thank you for giving the people the answer they need instead of everybody thinking its their controller. 343i -Yoinked!- up the aiming because of the pro team they brought in to test the aiming and make adjustments according, problem was they werent noticing the issues because pro players can adapt quickly therefore they didnt see much of any problems.

Personally a stupid move on 343 for doing something of such, but hey what do I know? What I do know is that I would have at least made the mechanics and competitive parts from myself rather than having someone hold my hand and show me how to do my job.
