Aiming Broken - Refund - Support sent me here!

OK the aiming is a joke and is very difficult for me to get a handle on. The accerlation is terrible and makes the game unplayable. NO I am not going to deal with it, or get gud BS. No other game has this problem, the beta didn’t have this issue, so why now. I am not going to relearn years of playing just because some Pros say it is better this way. I want a refund because I DO NOT trust that 343 will fix this correctly or in a timely manner based on there track record with the MCC. Fool me once, shame on you, Fool me twice shame on me. Support said since I have “consumed” this product it can’t be refunded but to contact 343 with my issues. So here I am contacting 343 before I dispute the charge on my CC.

Since this was not a charge out of error you will most likely not be given a refund and issuing a dispute will most likely lock you out of your Xbox Live account
