I don’t think I’ve ever played a more aggravating shooter game than this flight. I go negative in every match. I shouldn’t have to sit in the settings options and tweak everything just to even remotely make it feel right. You know somethings wrong when you’re “jerking” your aiming reticle, trying to over-correct, when engaging enemies. It shouldn’t be this way but it do. Why 343.
Take a clip of yourself shooting and having a bad time of it and people may be able to help you get that corrected. It’s not ideal that settings don’t work out the box for everyone, they didn’t for me either but I’m at a very good place right now.
(I was also using weapons at the wrong range)

I don’t need to record it when I’m experiencing it. The aim assist is non existent and overall aiming is really a chore.

Sounds like problem you can easily fix with the setting provided.
I feel you on aiming/controls. First game on H3 MCC I get a running riot. Second game I’m 2v4 and i still go 24-17. I play Infinite and I barely go positive. I’m not THAT bad.

not even. I spent 20 minutes last weekend tweaking my settings. This weekend, when I aim, my reticle goes flying across the screen. I can’t make any minor adjustments. Not going to spend another 20 minutes tweaking settings again. It shouldn’t be like this. Uninstalled and playing MCC again. It’s too frustrating.
First time on PC? Its a change and there is less auto aim.
Are you used to dunking on people with red reticule aim magnetism? That is very strong in community favorites such as Reach and H3.
