I was playing the SWAT game variant as it was just recently released and came across the dreaded “aimbot,” or at least I presume that’s what it was.
SWAT is known to be competetive, but I didn’t think people would already be modding their games. The account in question is RUSH23166; in the killcam it would show him unscoped walking down the hallways of Haven when all of a sudden his crosshairs would light up red - this seems normal, but the fact that I’m behind a wall NOT MOVING is what I find disturbing. I’d come out to shoot, he’d look off to the right about 3-5 feet (judging distance based on the size of the spartans) but miraculously get a single bullet headshot. He wasn’t looking anywhere near me.
If this is lag in the game, it’s really quite bad, but if anyone else comes across the same type of shifty-gameplay then enlighten me.

Don’t post Gamertags in the forums it’s #harassment
KillCams are notoriously inaccurate, don’t rely on them to find “aimbotters”. I’ve seen like 100’s of these threads, please stop posting 'em/
> Lag switches and aim bots are something you use on your remote and therefore work for every game
You have no idea what you’re talking about.
Idk if this is allowed, but I need to inform this guy. JTAG’s and RTAH’s are the only way to modify the data on retail discs to create “aimbots”, as of last Spring (I think), Microsoft patched every exploit that allowed these systems to connect online. Lag switches are however realistic, but they aren’t effective in any non-GOW game.

Hey bro im sorry but I do know what im talking about lag switches work in every game same with aimbot youtube it
sigh Here we go again. For the umpteenth time, all killcams in Halo 4 are laggy/glitched, and never show where the enemy who killed you was actually aiming. It’s always off, often dramatically so.
