Controllers need it. Mice don’t. What’s so hard to understand about that?

I never said controller doesn’t need aim assist, but it doesn’t need it to this extreme. You really get satisfaction knowing that the game is pretty much feeding your kills?
That’s not what I suggested or asked and it’s nothing to do with confidence.
If I want to play with my xbox friends, wouldn’t it be fairer if the two inputs were closer together?

This guy, or kid made it clear as day. He doesn’t want fair. He wants his input of choice to be at an advantage at anyway possible.

The points you made/make are bias and are only your opinion and just that, your opinion. Your only suggestion to fix this issue is to sperate the two inputs, that’s not fixing anything. The issue in hand is the obvious advantage controller has compared to the raw, user input dependent that is mouse and keyboard. Controller IS NOT so much user input dependent with the game assisting you with your input that is beyond humanly possible, and you don’t see an issue with that? This is boarder line aim botting. That is clearly the issue right there, you thinking there’s nothing wrong with it and the fix is to separate the two inputs. That is clearly avoiding the issue at hand.
I take pride in my kills earned, because I know I was fully responsible for that kill. How can you feel even remotely close to that with controller? Do you really feel rewarded when you land perfects with the BR? The other night, I landed two perfects with the BR, moved up to Diamond and THAT was rewarding to me. I’m not kidding, BR perfects seem rare with KnM and they game hands controller BR perfects just for participating.
Yeah? Have you forgotten to have fun? I enjoyed getting perfects in Halo 5. It’s satisfying.
You shouldn’t let someone take your away satisfaction for doing good. Regardless of the skill ceilings differences, it’s still a perfect.

So if the aim was identical/reduced on controller (ignoring how this would take a lot more skill on a controller) would you still feel the same pride?

Yes, I never once said to buff MnK. If that was the case then no, I wouldn’t feel rewarded because I know the game helped me with that perfect.
Now if controller was tuned down a bit because lets face it, multiple perfects pre game does happen with controller. Then yeah, same pride and I believe controller players would also start appreciating their perfect BR kills knowing it’s more of their skill then the game assisting them.
