Aim acceleration and how to 'fix' it

Halo 5's problematic aim acceleration - YouTube Found this video on Youtube. This practically sums up what’s wrong with H5’s aiming mechanics. Now luckily 343 is doing something about this and will be fixing it soon, but in the meantime, what can you do to prevent this becoming your Achilles heel? Well here’s my fix: Use 1 sensitivity. Sounds stupid but with exaggerated aiming, this actually becomes a blessing. Your aim acceleration makes your sensitivity feel like 3 or 4, but your actual aiming is very precise and is so much easier to get perfect kills. After I gave it a try my perfect kill amount skyrocketed. It’s so good for me this might become my new style of play. Please tell me if it helped!

Interesting… i will try this!
I have problem staying on target when i try keeping up with side strafersbursts and the aim accelerate past the player… try to compensate for that and i go past the other way…
I’m not a noob so…

Anyway. Hope they get this fix’ed the first patch they make… so they dont need to redo it…

This was a great and informative video. please keep it coming. Ihavent had too many problems with the aiming to date but there have been bits and points where i felt could have used improvin. Good to know they are keeping up with player wants and needs
