is it me or do any1 else what ai in forge
The possibilities would be endless I’m not a great forger but even I have some cool ideas for them but unfortunately I’m not sure if halo 5 can even do that it’s already more broken than the MCC

Care to clarify on how H5 is more broken than the MCC?
Fans have been asking for AI in forge since H3. From what the developers have said, AI pathing is a pain to program and probably a nightmare to implement in Forge.

Basically this. AI will not be coming to forge until at least the next halo installment. Tom French has stated multiple times that they don’t want to implement AI into forge until it can be done “right”.
You would have to be able to set ai patrol patterns.
Difficulty, and weapons.
Wether, they spawn in a group and if they follow each other.
Do they respawn? If so how much of the group has to die before respawn…
Complex, and like the comparason between dev mapping and the user friendly already rendered forge mode.

There’s just so many bugs and glitches in the game, theater mode is a prime example, and my game crashes at least 1 every 4 hours. Act man is compiling a bunch of clips showing off the bugs and glitches, so just watch the series. I’m not saying it’s as broken as MCC at launch, but MCC is mostly completely glitch free at this point
Adding AI to forge would quite literally change the game. It would be equal to Mario maker. Unlimited possibilities of user created missions. But I just don’t see them doing it for H5. But maybe, maybe for H6.

Dude. MCC still has the same issues it had six months ago. I have clips where I have recorded them. specifically matchmaking. In BTB it wil pull in 12 to 14 players, Waiting for the rest, then for no reason kick them ALL out and restart the search. It takes 5 to 10 minutes to get a match for this reason alone. I can get into a match on COD:Ghosts(which only has about 1000 playing) in team Deathmatch on average quicker than I can BTB on MCC. That’s pretty sad. Matches will crash or lock up.
