Could the person interrogating Dr. Halsey in the Halo 4 Prologue be Agent Locke?
I mean they never actually revealed who it was, which makes me think it could potentially be him. What do you guys think?
I’m gonna make this simple, Agent Locke in Halo Nightfall is being played by an African American actor. The guy in the Halo 4 prologue is white. They are not the same guy. But I’m sure sure he is the spartan that man was talking about replacing Chief with.

The one thing that has been discussed before (although there is a low probability of it) is that the white lights in the interrogation room could be flushing out the color on his skin. However, this has very low chance of being the case. Otherwise, yes he is near definitely the spartan that they are trying to replace chief with.
Agent Locke is a brand new character, never before seen in a Halo game.
He isn’t the one interrogating Halsey.

Although Locke and the person in the prologue certainly aren’t the same, I wouldn’t put it past the realm of possibility that Locke and this interrogator are associated with each other.

So Agent Locke is black and if he was the guy in the H4 prologe than he voice should be more “black” voice I mean he voice should be like Hoya in Spartan Ops.That why he can’t be in H4 prologue.

Perhaps we’ll hear more of Halseys interrogator, but it is not Locke. 343i stated he is a brand new character.
Being that Halsey doesnt believe that the person is from ONI leads me to believe that the interrogator is actually the reporter from the halo 5 hunt the truth ad campaign, Benjamin Giraud

I really dont much reason to think that might be Evan Phillips from kilo-Five ? Because Halsey said “you are other thing” and Kilo-Five is ONI but they are like outside the rules because Osman
