I hope we get a Halo Infinite: ODST, expansion campaign. Set in future London, extraction mission, rainy mood and jazz music. Joseph Staten is back in 343. He was the lead writer and cinematic, director for Halo 3 ODST. So I hope for another sequel. It felt like a teaser for ODST fans. Great trailer by the way.

But I have a lot of question in the trailer

  • I don’t recall the Covenant attack London? - Is this set after Halo 5 or Halo 3 when the Covenant attack earth? - Those are Spartan 4 coming from drop pods if I’m right? - Brute using pulse carbine, and not Spike weapon, maybe it would look weird in the trailer when hitting the Spartan’s shield? - Are 343 doing CGI like the beginning of Halo 4 again? - Trailer was made by Slipspace engine? - Commander Agryna seems to have a prosthetic leg?Help me out, fellow Spartans.

Nah don’t want to crush your hopes but if they can’t release forge or co-Op, two basics in Halo, they surely are not able to do an expansion like you described it. It sounds nice but will never come.

True, perhaps further into the future. Season 10 lol.

Those are great observations about the trailer! I’m not much of a lore head so I can’t really help out with speculating about it, but it did look like those were Spartan 4s that dropped.

  • Me neither, but a big part of earth was invade - Earth was invade only one time, by the brutes in Halo 3 in 2552, leaving years to this girl to became a spartan. - Spartan IV was created after Halo 3, so this Spartans have to be Spartan III (even if I never heard there was here at this time) - Yeah brutes are supposed to use spike weapons at this time, all the graphics look like they came from Halo infinite. They don’t even bother to respect the continuity !
