If I go to service record game shows I’m Silver 4 for April but play list screen always shows me as needing 10 matches to qualify and never qualifies me.
Also the Free for All playlist issues a warning that one member in my party (only me) has too high of a ping. Other playlists are fine.
It may be due to server lag or your own lag. What i would do is hard wire your internet into your router do a router reset and see if that helps at all.
The problem is that it’s all informative. I can play just fine (no lag), earn rewards, update data with servers, buy reqs and so on, so I can communicate with the servers just fine.
Also this was after the update, before I had no problems.
I already did everything in my power. Checked my connection quality, ping, package loss, hard reset the console… Everything is exactly how it is everyday except for the two problems in Halo I just mentioned. I play other games and none of them have problems.

Oh ok i gotcha. Since this sounds like this is just limited to your Xbox i would try clearing your cache and re-downloading the game while you wait for Tech support to see if that helps.

I’ll uninstall and reinstall the game to see if that helps. Just hoping the combined download size of all DLC until now doesn’t make it take ages.

Yeah I have same problem hard wired on fiber optic so I’m sure it’s on my end hahahahahaha not, plus I never had this problem before update. Keep playing blame game 343 it’s really working

Just updating on the issue, it wasn’t solved even after uninstalling, fully reinstalling and exchanging hard drives (was on an external, is now on the internal).
Game seems to be tracking my rank, it shows rank ups and downs on the match result screen after a match, but the playlist always shows I still need 10 matches to qualify and that in Free for All my ping is too high.
Same problem. After ghosts of meridian update i got all playlists with no qualification match completed. When i complete a match there’s no progress in ranking.
I hope I will get my monthly REQ…
