The forge community maps should be taken away from multiplayer, not completely but there should be a major update in terms of this. I’m guessing they’re there because people want more maps but they’re boring to look at and not very fun to play in unless we’re talking about big team maps in my opinion. I don’t know if you guys agree but after the 7 new maps are added there should be enough variety to get rid of these forged maps.
In my opinion Team slayer and Community slayer should be separate playlists. They should also merge Squad slayer and team objective to make a 5 on 5 team objective playlist that has stockpile and headhunter back.
While I agree that it’d be a good idea to replace most community maps with DLC/HCEA maps, that’s not going to happen. Because in order for that to work, i.e. to maintain a large number of maps, the DLC/HCEA maps would have to become required for certain playlists. And since the Noble map pack is nine months old by now and still not required in a single playlist aside from dedicated DLC and Premium playlists, I don’t think that’s about to change any time soon.
I actually don’t want to say it again, but once again those who paid for DLC got the short straw. And it really annoys me to no end that this is always the case in Halo. It was that way in H2, it was that way in H3, and Reach is the worst among the lot. Seriously, in every other game I can use DLC on a regular basis. But not in Halo. >:(
I know, I bought both the DLC’s thinking there would be a TU and it would be worth it, but now I realize I could’ve NOT bought them and just put that $$ towards what I really wanted the whole time (Halo CEA).

I have no idea why they’re not free, in Halo 3 the Heroic map pack was free in a few months, wasn’t it? It’s ridiculous, and it makes me so mad, it’d be alot more fun if everyone could play them. I mean, I have them, but it’s just boring, knowing I have to go to the playlist to play them when I want to, with say, 300-400 people. Come on.

I agree with there being a 5v5 slayer/objective gametype with stockpile and headhunter, two great gametypes that were made exclusively for this game yet taken away so fast.
