…I miss bleed through already. So sick of double melees. There, got that off my chest.

lol I guess so. But lag is a whole other discussion. I could write a book on laggy -Yoink- that happens to me on a daily basis.

The removal of bleedthrough was the worst thing that happened to Reach.

No mate. The jig is up, its already been proven that melee prevalence is actually slightly lower in Reach than it was in Halo 3, with its all-mighty infallible perfect bleedthrough amirite?

Get a new talking point, this one is dead.

I would prefer people AR + meleeing for a kill than sprint + double pummeling any day. That way atleast part of the time they are actually firing their weapon.

It is a First person SHOOTER afterall isn’t it?

I say cut the melee damage by half so it takes 2 to pop shields and 2 to kill, or even if it was just 1 without shields it wouldn’t matter. I’m sick of people hitting me with their fists instead of shooting me with their guns.

343 really needs to do SOMETHING to combat the double pummelers. I would much rather have AR deathchargers than the double pummelers. Other than Armor Lock, the double pummel is what pisses me off the most in Reach.

I’m glad I’m not the only one that feels this way. In all honestly, I’d rather have a nice shootout and maybe (if I have to) run forward for a trade kill. Instead of having to constantly pound my RB because I know all the shooting I did prior didn’t even matter…

and yes…double pummelers arethe new plague. Honestly I haven’t even seen AL being used that much anymore.

Unless there is no getting around it I try to keep my distance rather than engage in up close and personal combat. Unless I have a sword or hammer or shotgun. If I can tell someone is coming up behind me I always turn around as fast as I can so if they pummel it won’t be an assassination.
