After playing Infinite are you ready to go back to Halo 5 or Halo MCC?

I have played 72 games in Infinite now over the last two days, and after really hating the battle pass, the terrible controller issues on PC (I’m a PC player), and the fact I feel the stripped down moveability that was the highlight of Halo 5, I’m all but done with Infinite and ready to go backwards.

A few games ago I got a three double kills, a triple kill, and a Killing frenzy. What did I get for that? Jack -Yoink!-!

BUT, if I get two more chopper kills, which is a vehicle I have been in twice in 72 games, then i get 250 xp. Woohoo!!!

That’s so much fun!!!

At least in MCC and H5 I am rewarded for my merits.

Anyway, I’m done with Infinite until they fix this. If not I’m done for good. Tomorrow…back to the MCC.

Well, if its any consolation? They did announce changes to the battle pass system…

I already uninstalled and will casually play MCC. If the infinite campaign is anything less than 10/10 experience I’m probably done with 343’s Halo after being a 20 year fan.

Same boat. I’m willing to hold all final judgement until the official release but its not looking great. 343 has fumbled every new game and every new release. No forge doesn’t even let me enjoy the nonsense of the custom games world.

The core is there but there’s so much wrong and 343 is always slow an inadequate at fixing any situation. There’s no content and the content that is there is frustrating.
