Prior to latest update no issues. After update I lost vibration on controller in customs, can’t move on controller or KBM in a matchmade game. Have no clue what’s going on here… No hardware issues in any other game, KBM and Controller both control menus fine.

I think I found a possible solution
Do you have any other peripheral identified as a controller for xbox 360/one? I had a tartarus pro and apparently the game prioritizes the first input connected, or in some prioritized order, so you cant move because the game is waiting for that other “controller” to give commands

Make sure if youre playing on console your preffered input device is game pad not mouse and key board.
Had this issue go to main menu screen and put preferred input device put gamepad 
I messed around with my PC version and think I found the solution.
Make sure that your preferred input device matches what you are using when in matchmaking.
EVERYONE!!! CHANGE YOUR INPUT INTO GAMEPAD IF YOU ARE ON A CONTROLLER!!! THIS SHOULD FIX THE PROBLEM!!!
I just logged on after the last update and my controller will not register any input from the joysticks, or the triggers. I can only jump, switch weapons, use B, and both of my L/R buttons.
Go to settings at main menu and change preffered input device to gamepad instead of mouse and keyboard!!! So stupid
