After you downloaded and installed the game and update. Quit the game by pressing the home button, highlighting the game, and press the menu button and quit. Then restart it. Before I did this, there was no list of searching under my name when I was trying to find games.
You guys are lucky you could even get into a lobby. Tried getting some help earlier, here and on Xbox Support, but nope. No feedback.
If anyone can do me the honor of letting me know if they have at all received the message saying, “Not connected to Xbox live. You are not connected to Xbox Live and will not be able to access this feature.”
I don’t mind waiting out a common issue. But if this is isolated I need to contact my IT Department.
