My battle record and everything keep up with my stats and level and according to it, I am a SR8. When I sign out and then back into xbox live it registers this and I have my loadouts available, etc. But. before that game ends I’m set back to SR1. At the end of the game, at the bottom of my screen it says “Maximum XP has been reached for Offline play” when I am clearly online. Please help, this is very frustrating!
I’m having the same problem. Everything was working fine for me for a few games, then during the middle of a game it reset me to level 1 and got rid of my loadouts. When I reset my xbox it puts me back to my current level and loadouts, but then it resets me to level 1 during the next game I play or after it.
I’m sorry to hear, but glad I am not the only one. I’m trying a few things right now. I’ll keep posting on here if any of them work.
Wasn’t there a glitch in Reach where the game would reset you back to Recruit with default armor and colors for a bit?
This might simply be the Halo 4 equivalent, I’m sure it’ll be fixed soon.
Same here, im playing in the same room as my two friends and they are just fine. Did you guys happen to get the Halo 4 Xbox? Because I did and its doing it to me but not them…idk just spitballing lol
nope same old xbox ive had. im thinking it might be something as simple as the disc 2 install messing up
I have an old xbox so I don’t imagine it could be that. I’ve been playing with two friends too, one guest, one non-guest. Did any of you play with a guest?
not me. old xbox. own house, no guests, literally installed disk 2, put in disk 1, and played matchmaking
hmm yea I guess there isn’t anything specific causing this. I guess the only thing we can do is hope they fix it right away, this is bs though.

same -Yoinking!- problem, waited hours in the cold for this game this is absurd, cant even get XP if it resets mid game
I have same problem along with randoms I am encountering playing, really frustrating.
This is absurd; it’s not even worth playing because we can’t level up or use our loadouts, it’s just really frustrating. This is such a huge disappointment. They should fix the problem and give us something extra for having to go through this.
Mine was working fine until I downloaded the new armors from Best buy. Do you have new skins or are any of you just default?
