I wonder what the plans are for this game. I really hope they don’t just let it die off. My hope is they update it with new maps, seasons and patches since they won’t be releasing new leaders.
Id happily pay for more dlc and expansions but unfortunately I don’t think those will be happening.
What are you guy’s thoughts after ATN? Will you still be playing? Do you think it’ll be left to die off?
Just to add, this is my favourite game of this year so far and I hope we see a HW3 in the future and this playerbase grow as it truly is amazing.

As with any game I’d wager a few more patches and a map pack release. Then they’ll see how much audience they’ve retained and work from there.

I’m sure they said there wouldn’t be, hope theyou change their minds. Just hope more maps get released.

Yes, but I said MY goty so far so it could still change. This is the only game that’s given me such a level of addiction and joy that no other game has really interested me. Some say horizon or Zelda are there’s and I say this is mine. Yeah it has its problems but I can look past that and number of playerbase is irrelevant to me.

I think there isn’t a paid map pack because they’re afraid of splitting the playerbase.

… he can have the opinion that it’s goty, besides multiplayer balancing it’s a solid game. I think very highly of it myself.

Because games like this are practically expected to have pop counts like that. It’s an RTS on a console. it isn’t gonna attract that much people. But, for the people who it did attract and for the people who did play it, I can at least guess it was enjoyable to say the least.

Kind of on topic,it is a halo game,but fair enough
I think a UNSC expansion with the idea of a lost battalion fighting both banished and the flood with a mini campaign and another terminus firefight mode with a crazy different map! Would be amazing! And bringing back the Famous Hawk of course!
This game is great and everything, but it doesn’t match the OG imo. After they stop patching, I’ll probably go on to another game. That being AoE 4

DestiNY and battlefront 2 for me
I hope they have more DLC for it after September but I really doubt it! Halo 6 is meant to be coming next year isn’t it? So I guess it’ll be all hands on deck for that!
HW2 is probably my GOTY too btw, it’s definitely my most played game of the year anyway!
